The role

Habib Al Mulla and Partners is seeking an Associate with 2+ years of M&A experience to join their Dubai office. The role will involve working on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters within the UAE.

What you'll do

Provide real input into drafting broad spectrum of corporate and commercial documentation
Contribute to regulatory matters typical of corporate and commercial transaction in the UAE

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of post-qualified experience in the UAE

Strong experience in regulatory aspects of typical CoComm matters in the UAE

Bachelor’s degree in law

Qualified with a mid-sized law firm or larger

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication in English

High attention to detail and ability to multitask

Professional demeanour with a client-focused approach

Familiarity with legal terminology and regulatory operations & procedures

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure environment

Experience in Data Protection and Intellectual Property· nice to have

Fluency in Arabic· nice to have
