Associate – UAE National Qualified Lawyer at Habib Al Mulla and Partners

The role

Habib Al Mulla and Partners seeks a UAE National Qualified Lawyer with 2+ years of PQE to join their Litigation practice in Dubai. This role focuses on representing clients before UAE Federal and Dubai Courts, handling a broad range of contentious matters.

What you'll do

Represent clients before the UAE Federal Courts and Dubai Courts
Draft pleadings, memoranda, legal opinions, and court submissions
Conduct legal research and case analysis
Assist in managing disputes and litigation matters from inception through resolution
Attend hearings, meetings, and negotiations as required
Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and deliver practical legal solutions

What we're looking for

UAE National and qualified lawyer

Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience in litigation and dispute resolution

Right of audience before the UAE Federal Courts and Dubai Courts

Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken

Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university

Strong drafting and advocacy skills

Excellent legal research and analytical abilities

Strong communication and client management skills

Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively

Additional certifications or postgraduate qualifications are an advantage· nice to have
