Commercial Real Estate Associate (Lawyer) - 3-5 PQE at Dentons

The role

Dentons is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer with 3-5 years of PQE to join their market-leading Real Estate team in Adelaide. This role will focus on a broad mix of high-quality property matters, including developments, acquisitions, disposals, and leasing.

What you'll do

Advise on major property developments
Advise on acquisitions and disposals
Advise on commercial, retail, and industrial leasing
Advise on joint ventures and property syndicates
Advise on strata and community schemes
Advise on structuring for tax, stamp duty, and GST outcomes

What we're looking for

3-5 years' PQE in property law from a reputable firm

Strong academic credentials

Strong leasing experience

The ability to work both autonomously and within a team

Excellent communication and client relationship skills

High attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Desire for exposure to a broader commercial real estate practice· nice to have
