Structured and Project Finance Lawyer at Pinsent Masons

The role

Pinsent Masons is seeking a Structured and Project Finance Lawyer with 4-6 years of PQE to join their team in Edinburgh. This role will focus on advising lenders, sponsors, and developers on complex financing and development projects within the energy and infrastructure sectors.

What you'll do

Advise on the structuring, development and financing of complex energy and infrastructure projects
Draft and negotiate key finance and project documentation, including facility agreements, security documents, intercreditor arrangements and related commercial contracts
Support clients on a broad range of transactions, including new project financings, refinancings, portfolio financings and M&A in the energy and infrastructure sectors
Work closely with colleagues across construction, corporate, regulatory and international teams, as well as external stakeholders, to deliver seamless, full-service advice
Advise on the operational phase of projects, including amendments, waivers, consents and ongoing portfolio support matters
Build strong client relationships, support business development initiatives and play an active role in the continued growth of our market-leading Structured and Project Finance practice
