The role
Osborne Clarke is seeking a Commercial Disputes (Insurance) Senior Associate for their Litigation practice in Bristol/London. This role focuses on insurance coverage and litigation for policyholders, with potential for broader commercial litigation work.
What you'll do
- Advising on policy coverage
- Assisting clients with claims preparation and advocacy
- Handling coverage litigation and arbitration
- Advising on transactional insurance policies
- Providing other insurance advisory work
What we're looking for
Commercial litigator with experience in providing coverage advice on behalf of policyholders or insurers
Experience of UK coverage litigation and/or arbitration
Good grasp of basic aspects of insurance law
Keen eye for detail
Ability to provide careful and concise advice
Experience of providing noncontentious insurance advice or keenness to develop this part of your practice· nice to have
Familiarity with multiple classes of insurance business· nice to have
