The role
Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom is seeking a Mid to Senior Level Finance Associate with 4-7 years of experience for their Palo Alto or Los Angeles offices. The role will focus on general finance matters, including drafting and negotiating loan documents.
What we're looking for
Class of 2022-2019
General finance experience
Expertise drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements, and other loan documents
UCC experience
General corporate experience
High level of academic achievement preferred
Peer firm experience preferred
Experience with data center or digital infrastructure work· nice to have
Benefits
Starting base salary between $310,000 to $420,000 annually
Eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus
