Technology Transactions Associate Attorney (Mid-Level) at Morrison & Foerster

The role

Morrison & Foerster is seeking a mid-level Technology Transactions Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience in San Francisco. This role focuses on complex technology and intellectual property transactions for global technology leaders and emerging disruptors.

What we're looking for

3-6 years of experience as an attorney

Strong knowledge of intellectual property law

Drafting and negotiation experience spanning a wide variety of technology transactions

Experience with licenses of software, technology and content, software and technology development agreements, and professional services agreements

Experience with manufacturing, collaboration, and supply and distribution agreements

Experience with e-commerce, media and entertainment transactions

Experience assisting on M+A and equity financing transactions, including drafting of transaction agreements and due diligence of contract and IP matters

Ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form

Strong work ethic

Excellent leadership skills

Member of the California Bar (preferred)
