The role
Morgan Lewis is seeking experienced midlevel to senior associates with 3+ years of experience for its Structured Transactions practice group. This role involves corporate and/or finance transactions, with a preference for structured finance and securitization experience, and is available in Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, or Washington, DC.
