The role
Willkie Farr & Gallagher is seeking a Structured Capital / Fund Finance Associate with 4+ years of experience to join its Finance practice in Chicago. This role will focus on a broad range of complex transactions within the structured capital and fund finance space.
What you'll do
- Represent sponsors, issuers, investors, and other market participants in a broad range of transactions
- Engage in rated note feeders (RNFs), collateralized fund obligations (CFOs), liquidity solutions or net-asset-value (NAV) transactions
- Work on private ABS geared to insurance solutions
- Handle capital call financings
- Manage management company/GP financings
- Collaborate with structured finance, asset management, and insurance solutions colleagues
What we're looking for
4+ years of fund finance, structured capital, or esoteric ABS experience
Experience representing sponsors, issuers, investors, and other market participants in transactions
