The role
Willkie Farr & Gallagher is seeking a Structured Capital / Fund Finance Associate with 4+ years of experience to join their Finance practice in New York. This role will focus on a broad range of complex financial transactions, including structured capital and fund finance.
What you'll do
- Represent sponsors, issuers, investors, and other market participants in a broad range of transactions, including rated note feeders (RNFs), collateralized fund obligations (CFOs), liquidity solutions or net-asset-value (NAV) transactions, private ABS geared to insurance solutions, capital call financings, and management company/GP financings
- Collaborate with structured finance, asset management, and insurance solutions colleagues
What we're looking for
4+ years of fund finance, structured capital, or esoteric ABS experience
Admission to the New York Bar (implied by location and practice area)
Benefits
Salary range of $310K - $435K
