Senior Associate, Immigration

The role

Fieldfisher is seeking a Senior Associate for its Immigration team within the People and Work practice in Birmingham. This role is for an experienced immigration lawyer looking for increased autonomy and responsibility in handling complex immigration matters for a diverse client base.

What you'll do

• Contribute to the negotiation of profitable fee levels for a variety of clients
• Work on large client matters with limited supervision
• Delegate work to more junior colleagues and manage their performance
• Manage upwards effectively by making best use of partner/director time
• Project manage BD activities
• Use interaction to win new work from existing clients and contacts
