Clayton Utz is seeking a Senior Associate with 6-8 years of PQE to join their top-ranked Real Estate practice in Melbourne. This role involves advising major clients on market-leading property transactions and building strong client relationships.

What you'll do

• Advise major institutional, corporate, and government clients on market-leading and high-profile transactions
• Lead complex property transactions with a high degree of autonomy, managing matters from instruction through to completion
• Draft clear, commercially focused advice tailored to sophisticated clients
• Build and manage client relationships, including presenting directly to client stakeholders
• Mentor and coach junior lawyers within the team, fostering their professional growth
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment
