The role
Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom is seeking a Junior Associate for its Finance practice group in Palo Alto or Los Angeles. This role is for candidates with 1-3 years of finance experience, focusing on drafting and negotiating loan documents and general corporate matters.
What we're looking for
1-3 years of general finance experience
Expertise drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements, and other loan documents
UCC experience
General corporate experience
High level of academic achievement
Experience with data center or digital infrastructure work· nice to have
Peer firm experience· nice to have
