The role
Womble Bond Dickinson is seeking a Corporate Tax Lawyer with 3+ years of PQE to join their team in Bristol, Leeds, or London. This role focuses on providing expert advice and transactional support in M&A and general corporate tax matters.
What you'll do
- Support clients on a broad range of corporate tax issues
- Draft, negotiate and support transactions from a tax perspective
- Provide expert advice on issues such as VAT, SDLT, corporation tax, and cgt
- Provide expertise around employee share schemes, from design to the support of delivery, implementation and the operation of complex arrangements for businesses
What we're looking for
Qualified lawyer in England and Wales
At least 3 years of post-qualified experience in corporate tax
Skilled in providing technical advice to clients on complex areas of law
Able to translate complex concepts into commercial and understandable solutions
Skilled in drafting, with experience in negotiating commercial solutions
Strong intellectual capability
Ability to interpret and communicate complex concepts
Positive attitude towards continuous learning
