The role

Reed Smith is looking for a Real Estate Associate with 3+ years of experience to join their Real Estate Group in Philadelphia. This mid-to-senior-level role will focus on transactional real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, land use, and commercial leasing.

What we're looking for

3+ years of solid transactional real estate experience

Excellent oral and research skills

Ability to communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties

Ability to manage small-to-mid sized matters, or portions of large matters, effectively and efficiently

Ability to work well on a team

Large law firm experience preferred· nice to have

Boutique or mid-size firm real estate experience considered· nice to have
