The role
Cooley is seeking a Mandarin-Speaking Litigation Associate with 2+ years of PQE. This role will support the Litigation practice group in Palo Alto and requires fluency in Mandarin and English.
What we're looking for

At least two years of substantive commercial litigation experience at a leading law firm
Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters and deliver consistently high-quality work product
Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while exercising excellent judgment and attention to detail
Admitted to practice, or be eligible for admission, in the jurisdiction where they intend to practice
