The role

Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom is seeking a mid to senior-level Real Estate Associate or Counsel in Chicago to work on a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions including joint ventures, M&A, PE transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, fund formation, and leasing. The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience and a strong academic record.
