The role
Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom is seeking a Junior Real Estate Associate for their Chicago office. This role is for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
What you'll do
- Work on a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions including joint ventures, Real Estate M&A and PE transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, fund formation, and leasing
What we're looking for
Class of 2025 - 2024
High level of academic achievement
Experience in the Real Estate practice of a peer firm
Admitted to practice law in Illinois
