The role
Kennedys is seeking an experienced Legal Director for its Cyber and Risk team in Dubai. This role is for a senior lawyer with 8+ years of experience, focusing on cyber incidents, data breaches, and related regulatory and litigation risks within the insurance and technology sectors.
What you'll do
- Lead complex incident response mandates for insurers and corporate clients
- Provide strategic coverage and claims advice under cyber policies
- Advise on data protection compliance, breach notifications and regulatory engagement across the Middle East
- Handle and supervise data subject claims and related disputes
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers
- Contribute significantly to business development, client relationship management and knowledge-sharing initiatives
What we're looking for
