The role
Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher is seeking an experienced Of Counsel attorney for its Tax practice in Dallas, United States. This role focuses on providing sophisticated tax planning and execution support for complex domestic and cross-border securitization and structured finance transactions.

- Work closely with structured finance, aviation, funds, and real estate practices
