The role
Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher seeks an Of Counsel attorney with 11+ years of PQE in New York to focus on M&A and Private Equity transactions. This role is for experienced lawyers who can advise corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, and other related matters.
What you'll do
- Advise corporate clients and private equity funds in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, other similar transactions and general corporate matters
What we're looking for
11+ years of PQE
Significant experience handling M&A transactions
Good understanding of corporate law and market terms
Substantial experience in drafting transaction documents
Substantial experience in effective deal management
