The role
Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher is seeking a Lateral Associate with 2-6 years of experience to join their Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits practice group in Dallas. The role will focus on executive compensation and equity/incentive compensation matters, with a mix of transactional and advisory work.

- Advise on executive compensation matters
- Advise on equity and other incentive compensation matters
- Advise on ERISA matters
- Engage in transactional work
- Engage in general advisory work
