The role
MinterEllison is seeking an Associate with 3+ years of experience in Competition & Consumer Law to join their Melbourne-based Litigation practice group. This role offers the opportunity to work on significant domestic and international matters for top-tier clients.
What you'll do
- Gain exposure to a broad range of high-profile competition and consumer law matters for Australian and international clients, including ACCC investigations and enforcement action
- Work on Australian aspects of domestic and global merger clearances
- Engage in competition litigation and enforcement matters, including cartel matters
- Handle authorisations and exemption applications
- Manage consumer law and advisory mandates
- Collaborate with lawyers and partners
- Play a key role in delivering valuable outcomes to clients across a diverse range of sectors
- Work closely with clients and international law firms
What we're looking for
