Associate, Property

The role

Sparke Helmore is seeking an Associate for its Property practice group in Sydney. This role is for a lawyer with 3+ years of PQE and will involve a wide variety of traditional property work, development, leasing, and dispute resolution.

What you'll do

• Handle traditional property work including acquisitions and disposals
• Manage large, medium and boutique off the plan developments
• Conduct leasing work for landlords and multiple national tenants
• Work on complex joint venture arrangements
• Involve in large scale property development
• Manage purchase and sale of businesses
• Handle strata renewal projects
• Provide property financing advice
• Offer property focused advice and dispute work such as lease, strata, conveyancing, easements and s.88K application disputes
• Interact directly with clients
• Receive one-on-one mentoring with a clear focus on career development and progression
