Attorney - Litigation (Professional Track) at DLA Piper

The role

DLA Piper is seeking an Attorney for its Proposition 65 practice, which is part of the Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions group. This is a non-partnership track role for an attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience, based in San Francisco.

What you'll do

Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and external audiences
Produce high-quality work and respond to correspondence in an efficient, timely, and professional manner
Meet deadlines, manage competing priorities, and commit to meeting high standards
Comply with firm policies and procedures
Maintain confidences as required in a law firm environment

What we're looking for

JD degree

Admitted to the California bar

Admitted to the bar for the jurisdiction in which you live (if not CA)

At least 3 years of litigation experience

Experience gained while practicing at an AmLaw 100 firm or a law firm with an equivalent practice

Experience with Proposition 65, consumer class action defense, consumer product regulatory counseling, complex commercial litigation and/or consumer litigation (defense)· nice to have

California state court experience· nice to have

Previous federal clerkship· nice to have
