The role
Clyde & Co is seeking a Junior Associate with 0-5 years of PQE to join their Health Law team in Edinburgh. This role will focus on managing a caseload of clinical negligence and abuse claims within a leading Scottish practice.

- Manage a mixed caseload of clinical negligence and abuse claims
- Regular communication with clients
What we're looking for
A qualified solicitor NQ – 5 years PQE
Litigation experience
Highly determined
Able to adapt well within a demanding, fast paced environment
Enjoy being challenged by complex legal issues and expanding knowledge
A confident and effective communicator
Focussed on delivering a highly professional service to clients, including compliance with client SLAs and MI requirements
Experience in personal injury· nice to have
Previous experience in clinical negligence or abuse claims· nice to have
