The role

Ashurst Perkins Coie is seeking a midlevel associate with 2-4 years of experience for its Global Loans & Global Markets group in Seattle. This role will focus on middle-market commercial and commercial real estate finance, including revolving loans, term loans, and syndicated credit facilities, and will offer opportunities to work on both lender and borrower matters.

What we're looking for

2-4 years of experience in middle-market commercial and commercial real estate finance

Experience with revolving loans, term loans and syndicated credit facilities

Member of, or will join, the Washington State Bar, or be licensed in another state and have the immediate ability to waive in by motion

Strong academic credentials

Experience with financing private equity-backed acquisitions· nice to have
