What you'll do

Act as deal counsel
Draft and structure transactions for clients across different asset classes and programmes

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a highly regarded banking and finance practice

Exceptional analytical, communication, and research skills

High level of proficiency in drafting various legal documents, including financing and security documents, opinions, and advices

Commitment to delivering excellent client service and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Enthusiasm for engaging in business development activities

Attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines

Adaptability to new challenges, professionalism and integrity
