Associate Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence

The role

Russell-Cooke is seeking a motivated Associate Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence lawyer with 3+ years of PQE to join their London litigation team. The role focuses on handling varied and high-quality claimant injury litigation work, requiring strong client relationship skills and commercial awareness.

What you'll do

• Provide a high quality legal service to all Russell-Cooke clients
• Provide a high quality experience to clients in terms of service delivery
• Develop and maintain good client relationship skills, gaining clients’ confidence and that of your colleagues
• Establish what needs to be done to solve a client’s problems
• Offer advice on the law, legal procedures and a wide range of associated issues
• Attend and represent Russell-Cooke at client meetings and conferences
• Represent clients in Courts where required
• Work and behave in a professional manner and to the highest standards of the profession
• Comply with procedures set out in Russell-Cooke’s Office Manual, professional standards and any requirement set by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)
• Carry out duties given by the partners or employees faithfully and diligently and follow all reasonable instructions
• Participate in the growth and development of the department / firm
• Treat all information about the firm and its client and their business as wholly confidential
• Keep up-to-date with changes in the law
• Record all chargeable hours
