The role
This is an Associate/Senior Associate role in Projects Disputes at Allens, based in Melbourne or Sydney. The role involves advising clients on complex disputes and claims related to major infrastructure, property development, and renewable energy projects.
What you'll do
Advise clients on disputes relating to the development and construction of infrastructure, mining, property development and renewable energy projects
Advise clients on commercial and contractual disputes
Advise clients on arbitration and supreme court litigation, throughout Australia
Advise clients on expert determination, mediations, DRBs/DABs and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms
Provide advice regarding claims and dispute resolution during the project delivery phase across a range of significant Australian and international projects
Advise clients on adjudication under the Security of Payment Legislation
