The role
This is an Associate Lawyer position within Gadens' highly regarded Real Estate team in Sydney. The role is for a lawyer with 1-2 years of post-admission experience, focusing on transactional property work with an emphasis on leasing.

- Manage and advise on a wide variety of property transactions
- Gain exposure to a broad range of property and leasing matters

Background in transactional property work

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally (written and verbal)
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to be curious about the industries and markets within which our clients operate and develop knowledge quickly
Demonstrated skillset to manage timeframes and proactively manage priorities as part of a high performing team in a fast-paced working environment
