The role
Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher is seeking a Lateral Associate for their Trade Secrets team in San Francisco. This role is for associates with law school class years between 2019 and 2023, focusing on complex trade secret litigation within the Technology practice area.

Law school class years 2019 through 2023
Experience handling complex trade secret, restrictive covenant, unfair competition, and other technology-related commercial disputes
Strong litigation experience, including drafting substantive motions, managing discovery, and taking or defending depositions
Excellent academic credentials
Excellent writing skills
Prior experience at a peer law firm
Technical or scientific backgrounds· nice to have
Judicial clerkship experience· nice to have
