Key requirements
Experience with securities litigation, derivative litigation, and/or other stockholder matters in federal and state court Significant experience drafting motions/pleadings (ideally as the primary drafter) Experience preparing for and taking/defending depositions Experience managing document discovery
The role
Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher is seeking a Lateral Associate with securities litigation experience for their San Francisco office. This role focuses on securities litigation, derivative litigation, and stockholder matters.
