The role
Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher is seeking a Lateral Associate with 2018-2022 law school class years for its San Francisco office. This role focuses on class action litigation, offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge cases across various litigation sub-specialties.
What you'll do
- Research and draft motions and briefs
- Participate in all aspects of discovery
- Case/client management
What we're looking for
Law school class years 2018 through 2022
Strong interest in and/or prior exposure to state/federal class action practice
Commercial litigation experience more broadly
Experience across the class action and litigation spectrum (e.g., consumer, employment, privacy, antitrust, securities)
District court or appellate court clerkship experience· nice to have
