Associate - Employment

The role

DAC Beachcroft is seeking an Associate - Employment lawyer with 3+ years of PQE to join their Leeds office. This role will focus on advising a range of clients, particularly within the financial services sector, on complex employment matters.

What you'll do

• Advise employers on a varied workload of employment matters, with an emphasis on financial services sector clients
• Work on complex discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of contract litigation
• Assist on non-contentious projects including restructures (redundancy and TUPE)
• Provide general employment advisory work by telephone and email
• Supervise the work of and assist in the development of trainees and paralegals
• Take part in and initiate marketing, networking and other business development activities
• Assist with client seminars and deliver training
• Contribute to non fee-earning activity such as knowledge sharing and internal training
