Senior Associate/Experienced Lawyer - Employment, Safety & People at Maddocks

The role

Maddocks is seeking a Senior Associate/Experienced Lawyer with 5-7 years of experience to join their Employment, Safety & People team in Melbourne. This role will focus on a broad range of workplace relations matters, including corporate transaction support, discrimination, general protections claims, and employment contracts.

What you'll do

Service the full spectrum of employment, IR and safety matters for private and public sector clients
Work alongside all Partners across a broad range of workplace relations matters, including workplace relations, corporate transaction support, discrimination, general protections claims and employment contracts

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in an employment/workplace relations practice

Strong attention to detail

Excellent analytical & drafting skills

Excellent communication skills

Passion for employment law

Legally permitted to work in Australia
