The role
WilmerHale is seeking an International Trade Associate with 2-4 years of PQE to join their Washington D.C. office. This role is for an experienced attorney with a strong background in U.S. regulatory issues involving international trade, trade remedy laws, and sanctions and export controls.
What you'll do
- Counsel clients on a broad range of U.S. regulatory issues involving international trade
- Advise clients regarding economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
- Advise clients regarding the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) administered by the Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS)
What we're looking for
2-4 years of post-JD experience

Juris Doctor
Licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the jurisdiction in which the position is based
Excellent writing skills
