What we're looking for

3+ years of experience representing financial institutions on the lender side in commercial finance transactions

Experience drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security and collateral documentation, intercreditor agreements, and closing documents

Active member of the Massachusetts bar

Familiarity with borrowers in the technology, life sciences, fintech, frontier tech and digital assets sectors· nice to have

Cross-border transaction experience· nice to have
