Associate - Property Damage at DWF

The role

DWF is seeking a Property Damage Associate with 3+ years of PQE to join its Commercial Insurance team in London. This role focuses on handling complex insurance property-related disputes, including third-party property damage, product liability, policy coverage, and subrogated recoveries for a prestigious client base.

What you'll do

Manage your own caseload of property related claims
Understand client requirements and manage cases in line with service level agreements and best practice
Analyse risk and further develop sound judgement enabling the justification of decisions to clients internally and externally
Prioritise work effectively and maximise efficiency in working practices
Provide support and act as the 'go to person' for more junior members in the team

What we're looking for

3+ years PQE within Property Damage or Property Litigations or Subrogated Recoveries

Prior experience handling an insurance property related caseload, including experience in third party property damage, product liability, policy coverage and subrogated recoveries

Technical expertise and a strong interest in Commercial Insurance matters generally

A proven track record of delivering results within strict deadlines and timeframes

The ability to communicate and manage often complex issues for both internal and external stakeholders· nice to have

A self-motivated individual who can also effectively coach and develop others within the team· nice to have
