Public Law - Senior Associate

The role

Mills Oakley is seeking a Senior Associate with 5-8 years of PQE to join their national Public Law team in Perth. This role involves providing advice, litigation, and dispute resolution services to government clients, focusing on administrative law matters.

What you'll do

• Provide advice, litigation and dispute resolution services to a wide range of key government clients
• Work on matters relating to all aspects of public law including administrative decision-making, FOI, privacy
• Undertake litigation involving merits review and judicial review proceedings in the Administrative Review Tribunal and Federal Courts
• Work collaboratively with leading experts and specialists in Public Law
• Manage strong client relationships with minimal supervision
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior lawyers in the team
