Associate - Residential Property at Michelmores

The role

Michelmores is seeking an Associate - Residential Property with approximately 3 years of PQE for their Exeter or Cambridge office. This role is within the Real Estate practice area and focuses on managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters.

What you'll do

Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion
Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Manage remortgages
Handle buy to let matters
Manage new build work (mainly Retirement Living)
Handle first registrations
Play an active role in marketing strategies to continue the growth and success of the department and firm

What we're looking for

Around 3 years' PQE, either as a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer

Experience of working within the residential property field

Proven track record of meeting financial and non-financial targets

Ability to demonstrate compliance with various regulatory bodies internally and externally
