The role
Arnold Bloch Leibler is seeking a Tax Lawyer with 4-5 years of PQE to join its Sydney-based tax practice. This role involves advising clients on complex domestic and international tax matters, with a focus on transaction structuring and disputes.
What you'll do
- Advise on tax structuring and implementation for M&A, divestments, joint ventures, reorganisations, fund formations and investments, financings and other strategic transactions
- Advise on tax clauses and tax risk allocation in a range of transaction and financing documents
- Provide clear, practical and commercially focused advice on complex direct and indirect tax issues
- Assist with rulings, clearances and engagement with revenue authorities where relevant
- Collaborate with lawyers and external advisers to deliver integrated advice on complex, time-critical matters
What we're looking for
