The role
Allens is seeking talented Associates and Senior Associates to join their Projects team in Sydney, Australia. This role focuses on advising on complex transactions within the Infrastructure and Energy sectors.
What you'll do
Advise on key project documents such as State Agreements, joint venture agreements, royalty arrangements and access deeds for significant resources companies
Advise on key documents such as joint operating agreements, LNG sale and purchase agreements, lifting and balancing agreements, tolling and supply and offtake agreements for significant players in the Infrastructure and Energy sector
Advise clients in relation to all aspects of acquisitions and disposals, from legal due diligence, through preparation of transaction documents, to completion
Assist clients to obtain regulatory project and transaction approvals
Advise clients seeking to construct or acquire renewable energy projects or generation facilities
Play an important role delivering client work on market-leading projects and transactions
Work to identify and win new work opportunities
